Today, Uri and The Accidental Prime Minister hit the theaters and both of the movies are fairly pleasant to watch. The Anupam Kher Starrer, The Accidental Prime Minister revolves around the story of Dr. Manmohan Singh. On the other hand, Uri is based on the surgical strike that was conducted by the Indian army after the terrorist attack on Uri army camp.

Everyone was shocked when Dr. Manmohan Singh was appointed as the Prime Minister of India as the decision was straight out of the blue. There are many scenes in the trailers that showed Congress chief Sonia Gandhi putting Manmohan Singh under pressure while eventually declaring Rahul Gandhi as the successor.

 

Story Of Uri- The Surgical Strike

The film is based on a real-life incident. It highlights the surgical strike that was carried out by the Indian army to avenge the terrorist attacks on Uri Army camp. Vicky Kaushal is playing the lead role and he has done a great job with it. Most of the action scenes are realistic which make us feel like we are watching real warfare. The war with grenades, assault rifles, and other military weapons. Apart from that, Kaushal was seen having a hand to hand combat in the film, the unarmed brawl tossed the Bollywood flavor in the film.

Both of the films belong to different genres but their approach is quite similar. Both of the films claim to reveal the reality in order to slam all the controversies which are attributed to their respective storylines. If you love to watch realistic action and drama, do not miss these movies. We would like to give 3/5 stars to each of the movies.
