Bollywood celebrities Riteish Deshmukh and Jacqueline Fernandez have been named India’s most beautiful vegetarian celebrities of 2024 by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India. This honor comes as a recognition of their dedication to animal welfare and commitment to a compassionate lifestyle.

Previously titled the Hottest Vegetarian Celebrity Award until 2020. The past winners have names like Zeenat Aman, Amitabh Bachchan, Rekha, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Manushi Chhillar, Shraddha Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Rajkummar, Rao, Sonu Sood, Alia, Bhatt, Akshay Kumar, Kartik Aaryan, Bhoomi Pednekar, Sunil Chetri, Anushka Sharma, and Vidyut Jammwal.
Most Beautiful Vegetarian Celebrities 2024
The news was announced via a statement. In recognition of their actions for animals, Riteish Deshmukh, who is vegan, and Jacqueline Fernandez are the latest celebrities to win the title. Riteish Deshmukh promotes vegan eating. He is the co-founder of a vegan meat company called Imagine Meats with his wife Genelia. PETA India Vice President of Celebrity and Public Relations Sachin Bangera said,
“From acting to animal rights activism, Jacqueline Fernandez and Riteish Deshmukh have proven to be real superstars. PETA India is delighted to honor them for showing the world that kindness to animals is the most beautiful quality of all.”
Jacqueline Fernandez influenced people for the protection of animals. She has been in the rally with full support for PETA India’s work in numerous ways, including the #FreeGajaraj campaign. The campaign was for an elephant, who was kept in chains for more than 50 years, and was rescued later. With her star power, she encouraged people to adopt dogs in need from shelters and eat vegan food. She also started an ad campaign against the use of Angora Wools and asked people to avoid horse-drawn carriages.

Jacqueline Fernandez will be next seen in Welcome To The Jungle. The film is directed by Ahmed Khan. The film also stars Akshay Kumar, Disha Patani, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Arshad Warsi, Sanjay Dutt, Shreyas Talpade, Sunil Shetty, Johnny Lever, Krushna Abhishek, Daler Mehdi and Mika Singh. It is the third installment of the hit franchise movie Welcome. The second installment Welcome Back was earlier released in 2015. Riteish Deshmukh was recently seen in the web series Pill, movie Kakuda, and Visfot. He will be next seen in Raid 2 opposite Ajay Devgn.
