Rupali lost it when Esha included her 11-year-old son in all this. Esha called Rupali’s son, Rudransh, illegitimate as allegedly he was born out of wedlock when Ashwin was already married to Esha’s mother Sapna, Sana said,
“It was imperative (to send notice) because she was constantly posting defamatory and baseless posts, thereby attacking Rupali’s reputation and character. She crossed all limits by attacking an 11-year-old child and terming him illegitimate. The false and malicious allegations made by the stepdaughter caused immense emotional distress and mental anguish to my client. These malicious and baseless accusations not only attacked her integrity but also tarnished her reputation. Such baseless claims have left her deeply hurt.”
Sana Raees Khan Speaks On Esha Verma’s Reaction
Sana says that no direct acknowledgment of legal notice has been made from Esha’s side. But she had deleted all the defamatory posts from her account. Sana adds:
“She (Esha Verma) hasn’t responded. However, she has deleted all defamatory posts and deleted one account under receiving our notice, which is an acknowledgment of her wrongdoing. Rupali decided to take this drastic step when her stepdaughter maliciously labeled her 11-year-old child as illegitimate and the matter escalated with continuous and constant defamatory and derogatory posts thereby character assassinating Rupali.”
Esha Verma On Going Private After Defamation Case
According to News18, Esha Verma shared a video message on her IG handle to interact with her fans. In a video message, she thanked her fans for their immense support. Esha further revealed that she decided to go private for her own sake and added that she’s moving forward. Quoting Esha:
“Hi everybody. It’s Esha here and I just want to say thank you all for being so kind and supportive and sweet. It means the world to me. And I’m just going to be private for a little bit, just for my sake. And we’re just moving forward from here.”
Esha Verma feels safe now as she moved to America with her family. She also mentioned that she prioritized her mental health and thanked her supporters. Esha said that she wouldn’t even mind blocking anyone, who would try to be negative. Esha says:
“And just to remind everybody, I’m in America, so things are a little bit different here, and we’re more protected. And whatever it is, I just want to say this community we’re building is so beautiful and I’ve been looking at everyone’s profiles. There’s so much great energy. And if you’re going to be negative, I’m just gonna block you or take you off, just letting you know. But sending so much love. You guys should be so proud of yourselves. You are incredible.”
