Radhe is one of the most awaited movies of Bollywood. Salman Khan confirmed the news of Radhe Your Most Wanted Bhai would release in theatres. On January 19, Salman Khan announced that Radhe is coming to theatres in Eid 2021. However, now things are not looking good. Due to the rise in coronavirus cases, many restrictions are imposed, like night curfew and lockdown in many places. Recently, Rohit Shetty has postponed releasing its movie Sooryavanshi that was scheduled to release this April.
Salman Khan has provided an update on his movie Radhe Your Most Wanted Bhai. Speaking at the virtual cover launch of Kabir Bedi’s memoir ‘Stories I Must Tell: The Emotional Life of an Actor,’ Salman Khan said,
“We are still trying our best to release Radhe on Eid but if this lockdown is going to continue then we might have to push it to the next Eid. But if the cases go down and people take care of themselves and wear the masks, maintain social distancing, don’t break the laws that the government has put on us then I think this will die off very soon and if it does then we will have Radhe in theatres on Eid.”
Salman Khan also added that the rise in COVID cases is not only a problem for theatre owners but also for daily wage workers. He said,
It’s going to be a really bad one like it was earlier
Radhe, Your Most Wanted Bhai, is an action movie directed by Prabhudeva. The film is produced by Sohail Khan, Salman Khan, and Atul Agnihotri. Salman Khan is playing the titular role of Radhe while Disha Patani will be seen opposite Salman Khan. Jacqueline Fernandez has an item number. The movie also has Randeep Hooda and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles. It is the official remake of the South Korean movie Veteran.
