Sanak is a power-packed movie. It has high octane drama that will keep you on the edge of the seat. Vidyut Jammwal, the only Indian to make it to the top 10 martial artists globally, is a treat to watch. The way he performs the stunt with ease will surprise you. Rukmini Maitra is a Bengali actress who made her Bollywood debut with Sanak. She looked impressive. Director Kanisk Varma used Vidyut Jammwal properly. Though the movie is high on action, the story gets predictive.
Neha Dhupia, as ACP Jayati Bhargav, leaves an impact with her performance. Chandan Roy Sanyal is terrific in the role of the main terrorist, Captain Saju. The song O Yaara Dil Lagana is at the end during credits. The USP of the movie is Vidyut Jammwal’s action scenes, and he will not disappoint you. The film is fast-paced and does not lose its plot till the end. However, the climax could have been much better. Overall, it is a treat for Vidyut Jammwal’s fans. We give Sanak 3 stars out of 5.
