Selfiee is an official Hindi remake of Driving Licence, a Malayalam film. Raj Mehta, who also directed JugJugg Jeeyo and Good Newwz, is the director of the drama-comedy. It is additionally produced by Magic Frames, Cape of Good Films, Dharma Productions, and Prithviraj Productions. Meanwhile, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Suraj Venjaramoodu star in the original movie.
