Director AR Murugadoss, who is known for making Ghajini and Holiday, is back with Sikandar. The expectations from the film are sky-high. He tried to bring the same emotions as Sikandar. The concept of the film is good. The social message of organ donation has been presented brilliantly. The first half of the film is decent with solid buildup, chemistry between Sanjay and Saisri, action, emotions, and songs. The second half takes you on a thrilling ride full of action and emotions.

Talking about the performances, Salman Khan lives as Sikandar. The role that has been made for him. Salman Khan owns the screen with his swag, action, charisma, and emotions. Salman’s punch lines, high-octane action scenes, and his aura are a treat for his fans.

Rashmika Mandanna Sikandar

Rashmika Mandanna is a delight to watch. Her expressions, innocence, and caring character leave an impact. Sharman Joshi is superb in his role. Sathyaraj as menacing Pradhan is good. Other cast members Prateik Babbar, Kajal Aggarwal, and Anjini Dhawan were decent in their respective roles. The background score from Santhosh Narayanan elevates the scenes, especially action sequences. Pritam’s music is decent, with songs like Zohra Jabeen, Sikandar Naache being the highlights.

However, we have seen Salman Khan in this kind of role before, and it has nothing exceptional in terms of action. The second half should have been the highlight with a terrific build-up, but it gets shoddy. The screenplay gets flattered, and the outcome that could have been the best turns out to be decent. But, Sikandar is a treat for Salman Khan’s fans. He always makes movies keeping the family audience in mind, and Sikandar is no different.
