Stree 2 Day 1 Box Office Collection

The film has exceeded all expectations and made an impressive debut at the box office on Independence Day. Firstly, it becomes the biggest Hindi opener of 2024 surpassing Fighter than collecting Rs 24.60 crore. Secondly, not only Fighter, but Stree 2 has also beaten the Day 1 collection of some biggies of 2023 like KGF2 Hindi [Rs 53.95 crore], Animal [Rs 54.75 crore], and Pathaan [Rs 55 crore].

Stree 2 has the second-biggest Hindi Day 1 opener of all time. Stree 2 Sarkate Ka Aatank collected Rs 55.40 crore on Day 1, only behind SRK’s film Jawan which collected Rs 65.50 crore.

The total collection of Stree 2 including paid previews is Rs 64.80 crore India nett and Rs 76.50 crore gross in India. Yes, the numbers are insane. The film is already in riot mode and will collect around Rs 30 crore on Day 2. Stree 2 will cross Rs 200 crore in the extended weekend as Monday is Raksha Bandhan.

The film will write new records at the Box Office. There is a huge possibility that no other release this year can break the Stree 2 Day 1 record. Singham 3 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 are clashing at the Box Office this Diwali, so these two films won’t be able to break the record if released together. The only other hope is from Pushpa 2, but it depends on its release date.
