The Big Bull Review
Abhishek Bachchan puts a descent performance as Hemant Shah. He worked hard on his body language to be like Hemant Shah. It is also seen in his performance. However, his chemistry with Nikita Dutta was not much impressive. Ileana D’Cruz as journalist Meera Rao is brilliant. She is making a comeback after almost two years. She was seen in the movie Pagalpanti in 2019. Ileana D’Cruz portrays the character of Sucheta Dalal, who brought the scam to light in 1992. She was later awarded a Padma Shri for journalism in 2006.
People who have already watched the web series Scam 1992 will find that there could be much more in the movie. However, the Scam 1992 web series was around 7 hours, and The Big Bull is approximately 2 hours 30 minutes. Hence there should not be any comparison. The song breaks the pace of the movie. Director Kooki Gulati fails to create the magic as the film falls flat in many scenes.
If you have not watched Scam 1992, you can watch The Big Bull once. We give the movie 3 stars out of 5. Have you watched the movie? How was it? Let us know in the comments below.
