Siddharth Anand To Direct Salman Khan And Shah Rukh Khan In Tiger Vs Pathaan

Shah Rukh Khan’s most recent film, Pathaan, is one of Aditya Chopra’s spy world’s biggest hits. The movie is one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of all time. In addition, Shah Rukh successfully returned to the big screen in a leading role after almost 4 years. Moreover, Aditya Chopra also gave fans a special treat by bringing Pathaan and Tiger together on screen for the first time. The action-packed scene that it featured in had viewers left in surprise. Additionally, SRK will also be present in a cameo in Tiger 3, following Salman’s appearance as Tiger in Pathaan. However, it looks like Aditya and YRF Spy Universe are still not satisfied with Tiger and Pathaan’s reunion just yet.

Recently, it is announced Ayan Mukerji will be directing War 2. It will have Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR. Many fans were disappointed because they wanted Siddharth Anand to direct the film.

However, Siddharth Anand is all set to direct one of the biggest films India has ever produced – Tiger vs Pathaan, starring Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. It is happening so many years after Karan Arjun that Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are coming together in a full-fledged action film. A source told The Deadline,

“Aditya Chopra has envisioned Tiger Vs. Pathan as a grand visual spectacle that has never been seen before in Indian cinema. The film requires to be mounted in the grandest manner possible, and who’s a better choice than Siddharth Anand, who has consistently proved himself the best Bollywood filmmaker for an action film with big spectacles like Bang Bang, War, and the most recent Pathaan? Aditya Chopra trusts Siddharth with his vision and will give him all the support to direct India’s two biggest superstars, Salman Khan and SRK, together in a full-fledged movie 28 years after their iconic brotherhood saga, Karan Arjun (1995).”

This will be the seventh film in YRF Spy Universe after Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Pathaan, Tiger 3, and War 2. With Jr. NTR joining Hrithik Roshan in War 2, it will be a big pan-India film with two prominent actors from Bollywood and Tollywood film industries.
