Hasrat Jaipuri had penned down some of the best lyrics of all time in Barsaat soundtrack. It was also the launching pad for Lata Mangeshkar. Hawa Mein Udta Jaye, Ab Mera Kaun Sahara, Mujhse Kisise Pyaar Ho Gaya and Jiya Beqarar Hai are some of the best songs in the soundtrack.
