The Trailer Of Gully Boy Has Been Out, Ranveer Singh Nailed It As A Rapper

The trailer for Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer, Gully Boy has been out and it got everyone talking about it. The musical film is written and directed by Zoya Akhtar. It highlights the adventurous struggles that most of the Indian underground rappers face. The trailer is full of superhot bars which are adrenaline pumping. The trailer promises that the film is going to be a treat for all the rappers and hip hop lovers.

Gully Boy: An Unusual Story Packed To The Gills With Rhythm

The story revolves around Naved Sheikh who is a young man who has a deep love for Rhythm and poetry. In the trailer we see Naved competing in some underground rap battles. In the first scene of the trailer, he was completely outmatched by his opponent. It can be considered that Ranveer Singh is playing the character who is dealing with stage fright (it is common among the beginner rappers). It is easy to conclude that he will overcome it and display his potential by the end of the movie. This also means that we will see a lot of rap battles as well as freestyle rapping throughout the film.

Alia Bhatt Is Amazing As Always

Apart from Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt also had some badass dialogues in the movie. On top of that, her expressions add to the pleasantness of any scene. The film’s trailer suggests tells a story which seems quite similar to Eminem’s 8 Mile. However, there is no denying the fact that it will have the Bollywood flavor that allures everyone.
