Surprisingly, theatre owners and Adipurush’s director Om Raut agreed to honor Lord Hanuman by reserving a spot for him in every Adipurush showing. During a trailer event in Tirupati, Raut asked the film’s producers to leave an empty seat as a token of respect for Lord Hanuman’s divine presence during the film’s screening. This careful deed represented their recognition of the heavenly influence in the story and demonstrated their great reverence for Hindu mythology.

As Adipurush played in theatres throughout the country, the footage of the monkey’s unexpected meeting with the film became a unique emblem of the film’s influence.

It stars Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh, Devdatta Nage as Hanuman, Sunny Singh as Lakshman, Prabhas as Lord Raghav, and Kriti Sanon as Janaki. Om Raut is the film’s director, while T-Series, Bhushan and Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles are its producers.

Telugu and Hindi versions of the pan-Indian movie have also been released, along with dubbed versions in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and numerous Indian and other languages. Adipurush has the potential to be not merely a cinematic extravaganza but also a cultural phenomenon. The movie has sparked discussions about religion, mythology, and the enduring ties between spirituality and art.
