Today, the release date of their much-awaited movie Pathaan is announced. Finally, a wait of over three years comes to and end for Shah Rukh Khan fans. Shah Rukh Khan’s last release was Zero opposite Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in 2018. He is making his comeback after over three long years and twitterati is roaring King Khan is back.
Shah Rukh Khan has announced his film Pathaan with John Abraham and Deepika Padukone. Siddharth Anand is directing Pathaan and is produced by Yash Raj Films. Yash Raj Films has shared the date announcement video.
In the teaser video, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham are introducing Pathaan. The duo is seen explaining no one knows how Pathaan got his name. At last Shah Rukh Khan introduces himself and says that those who don’t have a name are named by their companions.
The voice of Shah Rukh Khan in the video when he says “Aur jinka naam nahi hota, unka naam karan unke saathi kardete hai” gives his fans goosebumps.
Shah Rukh Khan asks everyone to wait just a little longer to meet him. The film is all set to release on January 25, 2023. In the video, the audience sees John Abraham and Deepika Padukone and also gets a glimpse of Shah Rukh Khan’s look. Pathaan is a story of a spy agent who will go to any extent to protect his nation. Yash Raj Films is keen to build a special agents universe under its banner. We will also see a cameo of Salman Khan as Tiger in Pathaan. Similar to Marvel Cinematic Universe Avengers, Yash Raj Films is to have their own set of heroes and will have their cameos and crossovers in each other projects.
